Iowa Wesleyan College: Ptasienski is in his fourth year with the IWC track & field team. He also is a member of the Wesleyan men'scross country team.

2010: Redshirt year.

2009: Posted team's top performances in the mile and 3,000 meters, finishing the mile in 5:27.05 on Jan. 17 at the Knox Pentangular and the 3,000 in 10:34.62 on Feb. 14 at the Knox Invitational.

High School: Attended Stillman Valley High School in Stillman Valley, Illinois. Played four years of soccer and was a team captain and named all-conference his senior year.

Personal: Born April 3, 1990. Son of Mark and Ann Ptasienski and has one brother (Brandon) and one sister (Ashlyn). Majoring in Physical Education.
