The Iowa Wesleyan College soccer programs will be hosting their second-ever Tiger Soccer School for youth ages 6-18 during the 2012-13 school year. The Soccer School will be held at East Lake Park.

The Soccer School will be a year-round training program comprised of two separate eight-week sessions. The curriculum has been prepared by the IWC Men's & Women's Head Soccer Coach Brocklon Chatman and designed in collaboration with the Iowa Soccer Association youth training program.

Instruction will focus on the technical side of the game, dribbling, passing, shooting technique and accuracy. Each day of training will be broken into three areas: physical warm-up, technical warm-up, and finally a game emphasizing the technique.

Each group of players will have one training lesson a week for that given session. Each group will have a maximum of 20 players with 2 trainers for ages 6-18.

For more information contact IWC soccer Head Coach Brocklon Chatman at 319-931-5042 (cell) or by email at brocklon.chatman@iwc.edu.
